Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened items. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products sold by PDX Deals come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
